Applicable to qualifying Master Seal waterproofing work subject to the company's warranty terms and conditions.
5 YEARS
Epoxy Flooring
Applicable to qualifying Master Seal epoxy flooring installations subject to warranty terms, correct use and maintenance requirements.
1 YEAR
Spray-Crete
Applicable to qualifying Master Seal Spray-Crete workmanship subject to warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty coverage applies to qualifying Master Seal workmanship and is subject to the company's warranty terms, conditions and exclusions. Warranties do not cover structural movement, pre-existing defects, misuse or damage caused by third parties.
What warranties cover
Warranties apply to Master Seal workmanship on qualifying installations carried out in accordance with the agreed scope, using the systems specified in your quote.
What they don't cover
Warranty coverage excludes structural movement, subsidence, rising damp, pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties or other trades, misuse, neglect, failure to follow maintenance guidance, and damage from events outside our control.
Maintenance matters
Coated surfaces require basic care — regular cleaning, prompt removal of spills, and avoiding abrasive or aggressive chemicals. Sealed concrete surfaces require periodic resealing at intervals appropriate to their exposure and use.
