External Waterproofing
Weather on the outside. Nothing on the inside.
Protect external structures from water ingress and long-term structural damage.
Exposed structures need exposed-grade systems.
External surfaces face UV, thermal movement, ponding water and constant weather cycling. Master Seal specifies systems built for that exposure and installs them with the detailing that makes them work — falls, upturns, terminations and penetrations.
We handle both new construction and remedial projects, including balconies and terraces where tiles have been lifted, and podium or rooftop areas over occupied spaces.
