Master Seal is a specialist coatings and waterproofing contractor. We focus on a narrow set of services and do them to a consistent standard, rather than offering every trade under the sun.
That focus shows up in preparation. Slabs are diamond ground, defects are repaired, junctions and penetrations are detailed, and systems are applied in the correct number of coats with the required cure time between them. It is slower than a quick recoat — and it is the reason the finish lasts.

Our epoxy system
Seven stages, every floor.
Diamond Grinding & Slab Preparation
We mechanically prepare the existing slab with professional diamond grinding equipment. Correct preparation is fundamental to adhesion and long-term performance.
Patching & Surface Repairs
We inspect the slab and repair appropriate cracks, holes, surface imperfections and damaged sections to create the best possible foundation. Structural issues are assessed separately and are not resolved by a coating.
Primer
A professional primer system is applied to the prepared substrate, creating the foundation between the slab and the epoxy layers above it.
Epoxy Base Coat
Your selected AS2700 epoxy base colour is applied across the prepared floor.
Decorative Flakes
Your selected decorative flake blend is broadcast across the epoxy base. Prefer a clean, uniform look? A solid-colour system is available instead.
First Clear Coat
The first protective clear coat is applied over the cured base and flake layer.
Final Clear Coat
A second clear protective coat completes the Master Seal epoxy flooring system. Two clear coats — not one.

Epoxy Flooring
Applicable to qualifying Master Seal epoxy flooring installations subject to warranty terms, correct use and maintenance requirements.
1 YEAR
Spray-Crete
Applicable to qualifying Master Seal Spray-Crete workmanship subject to warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty coverage applies to qualifying Master Seal workmanship and is subject to the company's warranty terms, conditions and exclusions. Warranties do not cover structural movement, pre-existing defects, misuse or damage caused by third parties.
